Quidos vs HES: 137 DEA Accreditations Suspended
After stating that all DEAs caught-up in the Quidos vs HES dispute were "safe", Quidos has now discovered they are legally-obliged to suspend accreditations following the revelation that HES holds no valid Professional Indemnity insurance for its sub-contracting DEAs... What next!

RICS Scotland: Existing Members to Issue EPCs
With no additional qualifications necessary, RICS' Chartered Surveyors in Scotland will be able to conduct Energy Performance Certificates on domestic and commercial properties from next year. Scotland do this business differently - I suspect the RICs lobby group is quiet up there.
