Read the recent full draft text of Iain Wright's speech - Parliamentary Under Secretary of State - as given to the recent AHIPP Annual Conference on 16th Oct.

If you remember, this is the speech in which he blamed the delayed roll-out of HIPs on the credit crunch and house market volatility.

EPC fees

In my service to you, I felt I should whack the link on here before even I, myself, get to read it in full. Consequently, I don't know whether the following is contained in the text but I thought - for "completeness" - I'd drop-in several attendees have said that he (Iain Wirght) also revealed where he thought EPC fees would settle: Sub £60!

I talked to an estate agent here in B323 and a DEA offered his services for £35!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OW!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm going for £75 on Standard 3/4 bed houses

The EA said that he thought that the work at £35 would be sub standard any way.
Liked my fee. But yet to see some work.
All the best Noel
