Thanks to BBC journo, Martin Rosenbaum, who specialises in freedom of information (FOI), you can download a spreadsheet containing details of Display Energy Certificates issued between 23/05/08 and last week (17/08/09).

This is useful for those wondering who not to waste time calling as well as raising awareness via local press.

Perusing my local area, I’m quite surprised (in a good way) to see a school scoring B, whilst, in a sad way, many council buildings scoring E-G.

The spreadsheet contains:

• RRN
• Related RRN
• Organisation name
• Address, postcode
• Operational Energy Rating Band
• Operational Energy Rating
• Total Annual C02 Emissions
