You and Yours

The BBC Radio 4 programme, You and Yours, yesterday broadcast an item discussing the impact and usefulness of Energy Performance Certificates for landlords and tenants.

It featured a back-patting performance from Domestic Energy Assessor, Frank Mills, who provided running commentary of his own energy assessment on a tenanted property in Preston.

Richard Price, director of the National Landlords Association (NLA) and Ian Potter from the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) discussed the issues live on the show.

Listen on BBC iPlayer (8 mins into the show) until 27th August 2008

Nothing particularly controversial came out of the discussion but worth a listen.
