Bolton-King on Property Professionals TV
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) have their own vidcast website called Property Professionals TV. Very slick screen-title wizardry too - Kind'a reminiscent of something you'd see on an American news channel such as CNBC.
Anyway, in a news episode that was clearly recorded sometime (Tip to Mr Bolton-King: News item should have date) just before the CLG announced the final HIPs roll-out to 1 & 2 bed homes, Peter Bolton-King - NAEA Chief Executive - claims members have experienced a '...definite reduction of [housing] supply, over and above what you would expect because it was a summer period, or because of the market slowing-up slightly anyway'.
