Busy sprinkling the magic glitter to a podcast which I hope to have uploaded later today. But in the meantime - no, I'm not going to regurgitate the obvious: ie., EPCs on rental properties became law today - the CLG has today released the final summary social housing pilot report.

This publication evaluates the pilot scheme developed to support the roll-out of Energy Performance Certificates to rented properties, in particular social housing.

Work surge

I know I wrote I wouldn't mention EPCs on rental properties - even though I've just done it twice - but I have to say, today has seen a surge of work instructions appearing on the Home Inspector Forum - the most I've seen in a single day, I think.
