£50 legal packs for DEAs

Lots of news, so little time. Let's get to it:

Last week I gave a heads-up to a pack of free DEA agreements. Although they were/are being checked-out, they weren't originally written by Solicitors.

Last night, Neil Kurz (NRG Experts), John Copsey and Alix Judge revealed that they have been busy arranging a heavyweight pack of agreements that will be drawn-up by actual Solicitors.

Thing is, the briefs want £4,000 on-deposit to begin work, and another anticipated £2,500 on completion.

So here's the deal: Neil, Alix and John are canvassing for contributors of £50.00 each. When the documents are complete, everyone will receive a copy, saving you, well... around £6,500!

If you are going to work independently as a HI or DEA you must have T&Cs. If you work for a company you will work under their T&Cs and if you work for a Pack Provider you will have to sign their T&Cs, but everything is negotiable.

As advised by our commercial adviser who is a specialist in this area, T&Cs should be part of a process when dealing with clients and she is advising us on the total process as part of this project.

Read all about the details at Ashiea - But you need to be quick. They're looking for the cash by 10th July 2007 so they can be ready for use by August 1st 2007.
