Submitted by: MikeC (Admin) on 05-Jun-08 10:48:00 AM

BRE is to imminently launch its own white label Home Information Pack (HIP) to Domestic Energy Assessors through its BRE OPEN system, this site can reveal.

An official launch date will be finalised and announced shortly once staff are certain all internal systems are working smoothly.

The HIP will be available to order through the BRE OPEN system and the costs I have are as follows:

The costs for ordering a HIP will be:

  • Freehold HIP: £150 + VAT
  • Leasehold HIP: £180 + VAT
  • Unregistered HIP: £225 +VAT
  • Leasehold Unregistered HIP: £255 + VAT

More information in BRE's PDF file.
