NRG Experts launched an online survey last night to find out just how useful and helpful the nine accreditation schemes are.
The survey seeks the views of Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) on topics including:
- Helpdesk
- Cost of fees for upload
- Technical bulletins
- Multi-accreditation
- Software
- Quality of support
- Re-accreditation
An excellent initiative that should prove insightful for both DEAs and accreditation schemes alike once the results are compiled.
