I am a Domestic Energy assessor based in Crawley, West Sussex, covering all areas within the RH postal code region.I work on a self employed basis, sub-contract to "Panels" and produce EPC's for both private Landlords and Vendors. My business hours are normally 09:00 -18:00 Monday - Saturday (inclusive) but endeavour to fit in with clients requests should these times be unsuitable for their needs.

The energy assessment I perform on your home will produce a legally recognised Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

If you are selling your home, you can safely include this Energy Performance Certificate within your Home Information Pack (HIP).

Remember, a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) must belong to a Government-approved accreditation scheme which monitors work and makes checks against the Criminal Records Bureau.
