We offer the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for Letting Agents and Landlords or as a separate component of the ‘Home Report’ to meet the requirements of Solicitors, Conveyancing Firms, Estate Agents, along with all others who wish to compile Home Packs and require the EPC only.

A quick note on Google Maps: If the location of the Domestic Energy Assessor is displayed in a foreign country, this is a known issue with Google Maps and their data providers. It should only affect a minority of listings.

The energy assessment I perform on your home will produce a legally recognised Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

If you are selling your home, you can safely include this Energy Performance Certificate within your Home Information Pack (HIP).

Remember, a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) must belong to a Government-approved accreditation scheme which monitors work and makes checks against the Criminal Records Bureau.
