Based in Southampton, we provide our services to clients across Hampshire and the South Coast. Our ethos is to provide a fast, professional and friendly service at a highly competitive price. We are available 7 days a week and operate extended hours (8AM-8PM) catering for homeowners who may work core hours and would prefer an energy inspection at a more convenient time, such as evenings or weekends

The energy assessment I perform on your home will produce a legally recognised Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

If you are selling your home, you can safely include this Energy Performance Certificate within your Home Information Pack (HIP).

Remember, a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) must belong to a Government-approved accreditation scheme which monitors work and makes checks against the Criminal Records Bureau.
