BPM Ltd is an experienced, local provider of domestic Energy Performance Certificates in Carlisle and surrounding areas. We produce EPCs for Home Information Packs (HIPs) as well as standalone EPCs for private/social rented dwellings. We are now accredited to provide EPCs for rented dwellings in Scotland.
