Im a self employed Domestic Energy Assessor and green deal advisor with excellent knowledge of energy saving measures that could help you save money on your heating bills this winter. I have work with estate agents and letting agents (floor plans and photos for selling) aswell as the private and business sector. All energy performance reports with be lodge and passed onto the customer within 24hrs of me visiting your property. I'm reliable and friendly and will come on the day and time that suits best including weekends

The energy assessment I perform on your home will produce a legally recognised Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

If you are selling your home, you can safely include this Energy Performance Certificate within your Home Information Pack (HIP).

Remember, a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) must belong to a Government-approved accreditation scheme which monitors work and makes checks against the Criminal Records Bureau.
