Having previously carried out work for Norwich City Council, Broadland Housing Association and Circle Anglia along with some well known Norwich based estate agents such as Howards Estate Agents, Haart and Arnolds, you can be garunteed that experience and professionalism doesn't have to cost the earth. The energy assessment I perform on your home will produce a legally recognised Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

If you are selling your home, you can safely include this Energy Performance Certificate within your Home Information Pack (HIP).

Remember, a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) must belong to a Government-approved accreditation scheme which monitors work and makes checks against the Criminal Records Bureau.
