We are a small, Domestic Energy Assessment business based in Dartmouth, Devon and offer a fast, friendly and efficient service to our clients. Servicing Devon and Cornwall, we are able to support Home Owners, Estate Agents, Holiday Letting Agents, Property Management and Panel Management Companies alike. After an EPC request has been made, we endeavour to carry out our inspection within 48 hours of the instruction. We then aim to complete the report within 24 hours of the inspection...giving our client very little delay in the process of marketing their property. All EPCs are carried out by a Stroma Accredited qualified Domestic Energy Assessor who will assess several aspects of the property, which includes details of its dimensions, construction and heating/hot water systems. This information is fed into an approved software programme which produces the EPC and recommendation report. The assessor will then record the certificate onto the national register and provide the customer with a copy. The certificate is then ready to be made available to prospective buyers or tenants. Our prices are very competetive and not subject to VAT charges.
