New qualification for DEAs
Asset Skills, on behalf of the CLG, is seeking feedback on the new NOS (National Occupational Standards) for the soon-to-be-launched Community Energy Adviser and Housing Energy Adviser qualifications.
- Housing Energy Adviser who will provide sophisticated behavioural advice on ways of improving energy efficiency and energy saving products to individual householders and
- Community Energy Adviser who will provide advice to the wider community on energy reduction and sustainability, and renewable energy technologies.
Speaking with Asset Skills today, it seems there is a tight deadline for this one - the end of February, apparently!
